A founding partner of PeterMc, an entrepreneur at heart and most recently a licensed Trustee in Insolvency.
Since
being called to the Bar I have practiced in various capacities ranging from
prosecuting to in-house legal counsel. I have garnered experience in diverse
areas of law including, town and country planning law, commercial and off shore
law, contract, real estate and family law as well as insolvency and
acquisitions.
Over
the years I have worn various “hats”. I have served as a Clerk of Court in the
Resident Magistrate’s Court, provided legal services to local and multinational
companies, to parish councils, government agencies and statutory bodies. I have
enjoyed working with companies from China, the Caribbean, Mexico, the USA and
UK as well as with multilaterals agencies.
I
have also transacted different types of asset sales including public asset
privatisation. Providing company secretarial services to government and private
companies and serving as a director on public and private boards have also
added to my wealth of experience.
I
am a proud graduate of Clarendon College and descendant of the Mocho maroons. I
enjoy movies, tennis, sewing, interior design, going to the beach and spending
quality time with family and friends.
I
chose law because there is no greater feeling than when justice is done.
